Brief Answer:
Diabetic foot. Infections. Possible venous issues.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
The fact is that your feet are swollen due to two reasons, namely venous insufficiency and infections that take place in diabetes. I would not hurry to proclaim that your liver, though be enlarged is causing this, The fact that you have been using bethmethasone cream, shows that indeed this is an infective problem. You might need to go to a local doctor for treatment of these two conditions. I would say that there is no casual link between your liver and your swelling.
These problems are all too common. There is no serious risk here.

Thnx. I have seen local dermatologist. She says first go for skin biopsy ( Test fee 13000 in lab in her hospital ) . This is controllable but not cureable. Shall I go for it? She refused to prescribe any medicine till then. No other skin specialist ever suggested for this test in past 10 years. I ask u because it is too expensive without any surity.
For swollen feet N lever , u also say Too Common. My Doc has no more advice than to keep pillows under feet while sleeping and to use a stool while working on a desk .How long?
What do I do to treat my lever condition even it is not serious today.? My doc also take it lightly. Don't I have to do something for it ?

Brief Answer:
Practical advice on how to solve your health issues.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Firstly, I would ask you to reduce the stress on your liver by merely eliminating unhealthy things from your diet. I would ask you to take as few medications as possible. I would advise you to take certain liver tonics of your choice that are available in drug stores without a doctors prescription.
I would suggest that if you cannot afford a skin biopsy, in this doctors place, you might want to go to a government hospital, or a teaching hospital, where the skin biopsy is done at a very low price. This is a fact. Of course, in a private practice, taking a biopsy would indeed be more expensive. I would suggest that, indeed yes, you might want to take a skin biopsy, before taking any treatment for a suspected condition. This is called protocol. This is the way things are done.
This is called as a tredelenberg position. This is a simple way of handling the swelling of the legs. Let me tell you a better way. Look, if you drink 3 glasses of high citrus content fruit juice
a day, your urine output will naturally increase. This is called as diuresis. This will flush out your fluids, the very same that are causing this condition.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you feel like asking doubts or this has provoked more questions in your mind, kindly let me know. I'll help you out.
Thanks,
