Question: Hello Doctor,
My hands shivers a lot now a days. Before it use to shiver but a little but its has been increased a lot. Just yesterday's instance- after 15 minutes of my lunch I went to have juice. I could not lift the juice glass properly as I shivered a lot. As people were around, I was bit shy so didnt have my juice. Please let me know what might be the cause. Is it nerve problem. Brief Answer:
Consult a doctor preferable

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tremlousness of hands bilaterally at this age may be anxiety related or hyperthyroidism. If you can get some blood test like Thyroid profile that will rule out organic causes.
Consult a neurologist and get your ecg,
cardiac 2d echo may help.
Till then you can take clonazepam, propranolol or etizolam.
hope You found the answer helpful.
