Brief Answer:
Take symptomatic treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information.
It is good that your cramps and watery stools have subsided but as you said you have still no appetite, nausea or vomiting and feeling sick.
So,in my advise you should take below mentioned symptomatic treatment.
1) Take probiotics like tab.sporolac-ds three times daily with Econorm sachets three times daily (to take 1 XXXXXXX with full glass of water) which are available over the counter.
2) Take lots of fluids and fruit juices throughout the day and avoid routine diet for couple of days.
Take WHO ORS for electrolyte balance.Coconut water will also be helpful.
3) No oily or spicy foods.Take pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily if you have gastric trouble.
4) Take tab.ondasetron 8mg twice daily for vomiting
5) Take syrup cyproheptadine 2TSF daily for appetite which is available over the counter.
6) Antibiotics (Norflox- Tz) can also be taken for a short course (total 3 days) but for that you will require prescription from some local doctor or GP.
We would expect that your appetite will start to improve within 2 to 3 days with this treatment and you will feel better.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have more doubts.
