Brief Answer:
Better to take her to emergency room.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
She is suffering from severe Gastroenteritis.
Its inflammation of stomach and intestine due to bacterial protozoal or viral infection.

Usually its self limiting.
Right now take her blood pressure if upper one is more then 100 mm of hg give her a lots of fluid(Electral) or orange juice and coconut water.
White face can be suggestive of severe fluid deprivation.
It would be a better idea to take her to emergency room and get her resuscitated with intravenous fluids.
Anti emetic Medicines like gravol are available over the counter.

Thanks.
