Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Hand shaking can be a normal bodily symptom of anxiety. It may also be essential tremor, a non-dangerous familial condition involving a simple tremor. I would advise trying propranolol, a beta-blocker medication that can treat both anxiety and tremor. Talk to your doctor about considering this medication, which is both safe and effective.
