Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Yes, the toothache and ear pain can be inter-related, it can be a radiated pain from the same region, can even be secondary to any infection of the teeth of that particular region..
As of now, just take Tab Paracetamol 650 mg after food and observe how it stays..
Do XXXXXXX warm salt water gurgling three times daily..
Do not use any manipulative measures in side the ear, do not put any thing in side the ear..if the pain still persists despite following this, any new onset fever, then please get it examined by an ENT specialist to rule out any possible infective etiologies..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back,
It means - the toothache and ear pain can be inter-related, the pain can be originated from one origin (tooth in this scenario) and felt in somewhere else (right ear as you've mentioned) due to any infection/inflammation, a simple oral cavity examination by any doctor (perhaps the ENT specialist whom you'll visit for Ear check-up) can check this and rule this out..
I hope t's clear now..let me know if any doubt..
Take Care
Kind Regards
