Brief Answer:
Looks like a muscle pull

Detailed Answer:
Hi madam,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
The pain you are telling seems like a muscle pain due to a muscle pull.
It is definitely not a cardiac pain as cardiac pain increase on exertion & does not increase on pressing. Further as you have already done your cardiac workup, their are negligible chances of having a cardiac pain.
So their is nothing to worry. Take a pain killer if you have in your home. Take rest & if the pain still persists, put a hot water bag over it & the pain will go.
Also remember that pain due to such muscle pull may remain for 3-4 days. So relax & don't worry.
If you have any more question, I'll be happy to help.
Thanks
Take care

Brief Answer:
Looks more like muscle pull

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As you said the pain started after bending, so the most possible diagnosis here is muscle pull. Costochondritis also produce similar pain, but it does not start after such position. Further treatment for both is same, which is pain killer.
Hot water bag will be very good & the physiotherapy person will also do the same with his machine. So you can do it at home only.
And it is definitely not a cardiac pain. But if you are really worried about it, you can get a ECG done, which i expect will come out to be normal.
Thanks
Take care
