Brief Answer:
It could be colic or intestinal issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
I would like to know whether you have had any stomach or abdominal problems in the past.
The symptoms you describe might be small stones in the Right kidney passing down or could also be appendicitis. Appendicitis would produce more or less continuous pain in rt lower abdomen with generalized feeling of ill health along with fever and an increased pulse rate. Kidney stones can manifest with sudden sharp shooting pain which can get relieved or decrease over a few minutes or seconds only to come back later. Associated symptoms can be burning while passing urine or even blood in the urine or high colored urine. Or it might be transient colicky pain of the intestine for which no treatment might be require if your motions are normal. But its difficult to tell without examining you which one it is.
Therefore, I suggest you go to the ER and get yourself examined by a Doctor preferably a Surgeon who can advice you whether to get an Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done or you would be alright with medicines only. If you do get an Ultrasound done then you can upload it on the site so we can see.
Do not worry and go ahead with the examination. You can discuss the treatment with us if you so desire.
Let me know if there are any other queries I can help resolve.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
