Brief Answer:
better take him to the nearest children's hospital for a prompt evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

I've gone through your query, reviewed the attached immunization schedule and understand your concern for your son,

Well, it's a well-known adverse effect after any vaccination per se (Typhoid is no exception in this regard too)..You can give him Paracetamol (240 mg Stat dose i.e. just once) and observe how he stays for the time being...

If not better within another 1-2 hour, or any other worsening of fever, shivering or any other associated symptoms(any rash over body, lethargy, agitation, breathing difficulty, vomiting/loose motion etc.), then please don't delay and immediately take him to the nearest healthcare facility/children's hospital for a prompt evaluation and management (for suspected hypersensitivity reaction)..

Wish him a fast recovery and good health...

Take Care
Kind Regards
