hello,I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query .Thanks for using HCM.
I would like to know what were his symptoms when he had heart attack for the first time ? if it was similar to present shivering ,aches and headache then you must consider it seriously and rush to ER and get his ECG done.Otherwise it may due to minor infection like urinary or Respiratory infection leading such symptoms. But it is always advisable to rule out heart condition as early as possible.
I would be glad to guide you further after I get feed back from you
My best wishes
