Brief Answer:
Provide investigation and get evaluated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are having symptoms suggestive of transient global amnesia believed to be due to vascular compromise.
You need to get cardiac assessment like ecg, 2D Echo.
Mri with MR angiography of brain may be required.
Eeg may be required too.
Take adequate fluids and maintain blood pressure.
Migraine at this age is less likely, though in some cases it may present with amnesia.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
