Alergic situation too
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM
I can understand your concern
If you were my patient i would strongly recommend you firstly to stop smoking.
According to the history you provide you have familiar history for COPD .
The most causative agent of your symptoms is smoking.
In my opinion it might be an alergic situation too in this condition.
Better to do the following examinations for detectin any allergies:
Hemogram
CRP
Chest x Ray
Spirometry
Prick test
Pneumoalergens
IgE
If they do them you can attach me the results and we will discuss again
Take care
Feel free to ask me again
