What Causes Shoulder Joint Pain While Suffering From Myasthenia Gravis?

Question: Is it possible with myasthenia gravies that the nerves and muscle around the ballpoint in the shoulder can cause you to loss use of arm can't move it very Painful? Can't pull it away from my body?

Well it looks unlikely that the shoulder movement is being restricted due to myaesthenia gravis. The movement restriction you are telling looks more due to either ligaments or joint capsule. Shoulder is one of the common joints to be affected due to wrong posture or overuse. Maybe you slept wrong or did some other movement

What I would suggest is to take a short course of anti inflammatory like brufen and do some physiotherapy and avoid sleeping on that side. If it doesn't improve we may need to get an ultrasound done for the shoulder....
