Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? do you have any pain in abdomen?
As far as sand in gall bladder is concerned , it needs to be investigated and treated. Normally in case of silent stones where patient is not having any pain it can be left as it is. There is no need of treating it. When it get symptomatic , that is , there is pain and vomiting then it needs surgery in which gall bladder is removed.
I fear there is no such medicine which can dissolve these stones. Once stone develop in gall bladder it can not be dissolved. It remains silent for years in some cases and becomes symptomatic in others. Antibiotics can help in clearing infection but has no affect in the course of disease.
Patients do well after the surgery . You should not be worried about it.
meet your surgeon.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
