Brief Answer:
epidermolysis bullosa acquisita

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
High eosinophil definitely has relation to blistering.
There is a condition called as epidermolysis bullosa acquisita.
It is an autoimmune condition and is related to formation of blisters on skin.
You might be suffering from this.
A biopsy might be required to give exact diagnosis.
This condition is treated with steroids hence tapering of steroid might cause flare up of the disease.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
