What Causes Sleeplessness?

Question: hi I am currently prescribed temezeoam 10mg per day ,as I am taking a slew of 8 drugs I have been taking them all in the morning.
I am still [as far as i know unable to sleep] would I be better advised to take it on atempting to sleep.
I a

m a 67yrs male and have a stent installed after a heart attack 1yr ago.
