1.It is very mild and not continuous.
A slight feeling of nausea which is also not continuous.
2.I do have migraine.
3.I also have Anxiety illness disorder for which I am taking Shine 25mg and Zapiz 0.25mg.
I did strike my head with a wooden door today unintentionally.
No visual lose or seizure yet.
I had done a CT Scan with contrast 6 months ago.
Nothing was found and everything was normal.
I did lose my father to brain tumor grade 4 in 2013.
That why I have a fear of that and I want to rule it out.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be tumor, get medication for migraine under guidance
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your headache is most likely migraine headache with anxiety as aggravating factor.
If CT scan contrast study was normal then possibility of tumor is unlikely at present.
You should take treatment for migraine headache and prophylaxis if attacks are frequent.
For prophylaxis Topiramate, Valproate, amitryptiline, Flunarizine and propranolol may be used.

Yes CT Scan with contrast was absolutely normal.
But that was 6 months ago.
Do I need to get another scan because 6 months has passed or is that a valid time period?
But the pain in not continuous
It is coming and going.
Can a brain tumor be ruled out because the CT scan with contrast came back absolutely normal 6 months ago?

Brief Answer:
No investigation required at present get treatment for migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
There is no investigation to rule out tumor as very small initial stage tumor will not be detected on Mri also.
But the point is such a tumor may not produce any symptoms.
Headache vomiting, seizure in tumor occurs only when size is big and causing pressure symptoms.
6 months is short time for most tumor to grow and is any tumor grows in such a time then it produces pressure symptoms and seizures.
Be calm, get proper treatment for migraine by a neurologist and you will get improvement in headache.
There is no end to investigations and no point in doing without any indication.
Visit to a neurologist will ensure any clinical findings requiring investigations.

My headache is not severe at all.
I have not vomited for over one year now.
I don't have confusion too.
So is it safe to say I don't have brain tumor?
Because 6 months ago,CT scan contrast came back absolutely normal.
