I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Since, its not painful and you are able to carry out normal activities of daily living ,it does not looks to be serious issue.
Are you in a activity which involve prolong sitting/driving?
My suggestion for you are-
1.Pelvic floor exercises (Keagle exercises) along with sitz bath (sitting in a tub of lukewarm water).
2.Pain killer like Ibuprofen on as and when required basis.

I work in a office so I sit most of the day. About 7 months ago I fell real hard and hut my back. Could this be why my back is doing this. I have also started working out with weights.
Brief Answer:
Do not lift excess of weight and long sitting
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Its good to see you
Well this could be due to that fall and my suggestion would be-
1.Avoid prolong sitting and driving on rough and jerky roads.
2.Avoid lifting excess of weights.
Beside the above advice you may follow the treatment as discussed earlier. The best part is,you do not have much of pain.
Wishing you good health.
