Brief Answer:
ONLY HIGH ESR AND FATIGUE CANNOT DIAGNOSE A DISEASE!

Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxxxx,

Thanks for your query and sharing your health doubts repeatedly...!

I could understand that slight rise in ESR and chronic fatigue is concerning you too much; but I guess there are more symptoms; please share that also:

Questions: any fever? any cough? any weight loss? any loss of appetite? any swelling anywhere? any significant past surgery or any cause of hospitalisation? any sexual contact? any rash? any pain? any sleep problem? any change of bowel movements? any skin infection, mouth infection, bleeding etc?any recent medicine
? any bad family history?

I f your answer to all is 'NO', then don't worry please; take nutritious diet and multivitamins and revert back to me after 3 weeks; but if there is any 'YES', please share it with me!

Wishing you good health!

Brief Answer:
WBC TOTAL/DIFFERENTIAL COUNTS NECESSARY !

Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for your feedback!

Low grade fever and weight loss might indicate chronic infections like tuberculosis, some auto-immune diseases, chest infections, gut infections or cancer/leukemia-like conditions.

Your total and differential WBC count could indicate this.

Please share WBC TOTAL/DIFFERENTIAL COUNTS WITH ME for more opinion.

All the best!

Brief Answer:
You have infection or inflammation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi! you have some kind of infection or inflammation and differential count of WBC (percentage of neutrophil, lymphocyte, eosinophil and monocyte etc) is needed for a better opinion!

However, please see a physician for a clinical examination and some other related tests like chest x-ray, abdominal ultrasound etc. and to decide the line of treatment!

Wishing you good health.
