Brief Answer:
Local calamine lotion and hydroxyzine

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your history , it appears to be an allergic response to the smoke/tar. Local calamine lotion on the affected area of the face and oral antihistamines such as hydroxyzine would help resolve the burning sensations, in consultation with your doctor/ GP. Hydroxyzine has sedative properties and once you have taken it , you should avoid any strenuous activity, driving or any machine handling. If the burning sensations/ symptoms persist despite the empiric therapy then further workup and assessment for other causes needs to be done.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
