Question: my friend had a lower body tuck,n she was close up n the surgeon tol nurse to put some super glue on it. now is a large lump there n very painful. what can be done

I appreciate your concern
this could be due to incomplete drainage cellulitis or an abscess and poor healing due to diabetes
if you can upload me a photograph I will be able to guide you better

Your friend may require a course of antibiotics and surgical exploration if need be
i will advise few blood tests for her like CBC blood sugar

meanwhile advise her following guidelines
Maintain proper hygiene
don't manipulate on her own
raise the affected part above to minimise swelling

Anti inflammatory drug like ibuprofen will definitely help her

please ask your friend to keep the affected part above the heart level to avoid excessive swelling and wash it with antiseptic solution, apply any antibiotic ointment like soframycin or mupirocin group of antibiotics.
