Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand your twin babies are mostly on breastfeeding. In most situations breastfeeding will be sufficient for even twins, but practically we do see twin babies need formula if the weight gain is not adequate. Your girl baby is showing normal growth rate while the boy has not gained much in a month.
1. He definitely needs formula.
If pre nan is not liked by him, you can try others like neosure.
He might take that well.
2. He needs supplements like iron, vitamins and calcium syrups tilll he attains one year.
Keep regular followup with your pediatrician.
Wishing your twins good health

Brief Answer:
No harm in trying
Detailed Answer:
Each baby is different. Some babies take breastfeed much easily and faster than others. If your doctor has checked him and reassured then there is no reason to worry.
I too am a strong advocator of breastfeeding.
But in twins, if one is not gaining weight adequately, no harm is done in trying formula feeding as supplement to breastfeeding.
