Question: I had a frenuloplasty three weeks ago, not there are two very small bumps where my frenulum was. Can my doctor just cut the bumps off ?

There are few options for any Surgeon:
*Keep it under observation as this is just 3 weeks of surgery, healing is in progress.
It is the body which heals on its own, so give further time and the lumps may vanish (absorbed by the body).
*If this is like a stitch granuloma, your surgeon may cauterize / cut it, only if he feels this to be necessary , safe and does not cause further instigation to the already healing wound. The wounds have healing properties depending upon the time-frame, the body's responses vary according to the duration of a trauma / surgery.
