What Causes Small Bumps On Upper Gum Line?
Question: I have small( about the size of a pen tip) bumps on upper gum line. Same color as my gums. Right above the teeth

They do not hurt. They are right above my front teet. Sporadically, about the size of a pencil tip and the same color as my gum. I also have two kinker soares

From this added information, this seems to be an acute inflammatory reaction. For now, I will recommend monitoring and would only consider any further medical attention should they fail to regress within 2weeks or cause sever symptoms.
Canker sores require no aggressive treatment. Rinsing the mouth with an antiseptic mouth wash solution is enough. If pains are severe, you my want to take some paracetamol for relief.
