Brief Answer:
It could be infection of foreskin (Posthatitis)
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have cracked and foreskin since one year. This could be either due to chronic infection of the foreskin or Phimosis.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you able to retract your foreskin over glans penis freely.?
2) Are you diabetic ?
3) Do you have itching of genitals or any urinary symptoms?
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis. If it is confirmed to be Phimosis you may need to get circumcised .
In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Its a small tiny bump inside the skin the skin also looks very dry
what can I use to make it normal?
despite managing to maintain a erection and ejaculate there is a lack of sensitivity in the skin could this be vein damage? or just dry skin?
I will try to see someone this week but would like your advice
thank you
Brief Answer:
Consult qualified Urologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Take antibiotics suggested earlier.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin.
Lack of sensitivity could be due to dryness which will return to normal once it gets cured.
Thanks and egards
