What Causes Small Liquid Filled Lump On Stomach Just Above The Belly Button?

Question: I have a small liquid filled lump on my stomach just above the belly button. It is not noticeable if I look in the mirror. I've felt like I had a stomach cramp for a good portion of the afternoon but I attributed it to a night out of drinking yesterday. I'm 34, male, and the only medical condition I have is ulcerative colitis. Is this something that I should seek immediate attention or will it go away?
