Brief Answer:
Need certain blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen the attached picture .
You seem to have developed a localised lesion of calcinosis cutis .
Such lesions can develop at sites of trauma or over any pre existing dermatosis or in patients with altered calcium metabolism .
I would suggest that you should see a nearby dermatologist since you might need to be investigated further by various blood tests like a complete blood count along with serum calcium and electrolyte levels.
