Brief Answer:
Genital wart

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.

I have seen the photograph.

This is a genital wart/condyloma acuminata. I doubt it has appeared overnight. It must have been there for sometime, unnoticed. Genital Wart is an STD's.

I would suggest visit to a dermatologist or sexual health specialist.

It can be easily removed with either radiofrequency cautery Or CO 2 Laser vaporization.

Regards
