I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query. I have looked at the pictures
The pictures are classical representation of "Pearly Penile Papules", which is a normal harmless variation. These are sometimes confused with HPV infection, the papules are not a sexually transmitted infection and are not contagious.
The papules present as one or several rows of small, pearly or flesh-colored, smooth, dome-shaped bumps situated circumferentially around the corona of the glans.
They are more common in younger men and those who are uncircumcised.
They can be left alone as such since they are just a normal anatomic variation. However, if removal is desired, CO2 Laser vaporization is the method of choice.

No reason to worry about something which is a normal variation. Many would have it.
No medicine would work for them. CO2 Laser vaporization is the method of choice. It is Ok, if they are left as it is.
