Brief Answer:
Meet a dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello
The history and photograph are suggestive of molluscum contagiousum, however diagnosis can be ascertained only by physical examination.
It can be either Molluscum or warts.
Both these conditions require intervention by dermatologist.
I advice you to meet a dermatologist.
This will confirm the diagnosis and if it's molluscum it can be removed in same sitting.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you

does it look like a wart?

Answered by Dr. Dr. Rahul Kumar (10 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Closer physical examination necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The appearance is suggestive of either Molluscum or warts. I am unable to appreciate minute features that will help me differentiate it on this picture. Unfortunately that can happen only when I will be able to physically inspect and palpate it under broad daylight. Many a times the diagnosis is achieved after we physically palpate (feel) the lesion.

Since both the conditions are easily treatable, I will not be overly concerned. So please don't be worried. Visit a dermatologist.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you
