Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have read your question and I have also reviewed the Images. I can see a blotchy, red rash on face and his hands.
I suggest a possibility of 'Acute Hermorrhagic Edema of Infancy'. It is an immune mediated condition. It is a rare type of 'cutaneous small vessel vasculitis'.
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better..
How long since he has these lesions?
Does he have fever?
Are there any lesions on trunk i.e abdomen and back?
Can you upload a few Images? Kindly upload as many images as you can, as it would help me establish the diagnosis with certainty.. Kindly upload good quality Images.

Haemorrhagic Edema of Infancy; Self resolving condition
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
I can see annular and targetoid lesions involving the extremities/ hands and they reinforce my earlier possibility of 'Haemorrhagic Edema of Infancy'. The distribution on face and extremities is classical of this condition as is lack of fever. This condition is usually seen in infants younger than 2 years of age.
The condition is self resolving in about 2-3 weeks without any sequelae.
I suggest you to use a topical soothing lotion i.e calamine lotion, twice or thrice daily.
Regards
