What Causes Small Skin Rashes On Face Of An Infant?

Question: Hello Doc. My son is 15 monts old. He had developed a small formation over his face near the left side of his lips. It has been over 6 months now and the formation has remained the same. Can you advice what this is and if this requires any further treatment?
