Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am Dr. kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Perhaps it is a 'Pyogenic Granuloma' which is a benign tumor of highly vascular granulation tissue composed of capillaries. It is fragile and bleeds profusely on minor trauma.
I request you to kindly upload an Image in "Reports Section" so that I am able to guide you better. If it is a pyogenic granuloma it has to be cauterized with electrocautery.

Brief Answer:
Cheilitis
Detailed Answer:
Fine. Thank you
Perhaps it is just a chelilitis.
I suggest you to use a topical steroid+antibiotic combination e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05%+2%muoirocin ointment, twice daily Or mometasolne furoate 0.1%+2%fusidic acid cream, twice daily.
You may also take an oral vitamin B Complex supplement once daily for a month.
