Brief Answer:
Superficial folliculitis, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed lesions of superficial folliculitis which is basically an infection of the hair follicle .
Most importantly, you should avoid application of any moisturising creams or oils over your body since oil and moisturizers will increase tho development of such skin lesions .
You need to apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected areas twice a day . In addition, you might need to take oral tablet azithromycin 500 mg once a day for atleast three days .
Wear cotton clothes so as to decrease sweating . Such lesions tends to develop more in summers due to increased sweating and application of oils can increase their number .
Also you can continue to use an antifungal dusting powder over the folds twice a day.
