Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to see you again.
What is the cervical length at 19 weeks?
In my opinion if cervical length is decreasing, cervix soft and open then may be you are going in cervical incompetence.( leading to premature labor and misscarriage).
Advice from my side-
- Take complete bed rest.
- Use progesterone support and duvadilon after consulting your treating doctor.
- Leg end raise.
- follow up check ups with your doctor.
- Wait and watch if cervical length decreases upto 2 cm. then circalage may be needed( after your doctor consultation).
Hope this is useful to you, if you want more questions I will be happy to answer you.
Good luck.
