Brief Answer:
Amoebiasis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to healthcare magic,
The typical presentation of soft diarrhoea like stools, with white clumps or mucous in stools with lower back ache indicates that you have AMOEBIASIS infection. This is seen went eating habits generally changes or when one eats outside at a restaurant which one doesn't frequent regularly or often seen after eating sea food as well.

This can be confirmed by a stool culture and can be easily treated with anthelminthics like ALBENDAZOLE. You may visit your physician for a lab stool culture test and for the prescription. This may take few days to get treated and normalize.
Regards
