Brief Answer:
possible urethral caruncle
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM ,
There is all possibility that you may have developed a urethral caruncle which is typically present between urethra and vaginal opening and causes sometimes difficulty in urination and often bleeding as well locally. It is suggested that you should get a per speculum examination done by a gynaecologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
Once confirmed it can be surgically removed.

There is no pain no bleeding or problem, during urination...it is pea sized and soft n light pink
Brief Answer:
answered
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If there is no pain and bleeding with no evidence of poor or split stream of urine and there has been no increase or decrease in the size of the lump, then the lump is mostly benign and harmless. This is then likely to be a mucous cyst which doesn't require any intervention unless symptomatic.
However still a visit to the gynecologist is mandatory as the best form of examination would be a per speculum exam to actually identify the lesion.

What is the aetiopathogenesis for such lesion
Brief Answer:
answered
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
BEFORE dwelling on to the etiopathogenesis of the lesion one should be sure of what it is. Hence i suggested that you should visit your gyne for a local exam. A mucous cyst is formed due to friction induced localized collection of mucoid secretion under the membrane which can form a cyst under no opening to drain itself.
A urethral caruncle is a polypoid (or stalk-like) masses, hanging from one area of the urethral opening. The primary sign of this problem is a thin, reddish membrane protruding from one portion of the urethral opening.
