What Causes Sore Throat After Tetanus Booster Injection?

Question: Hello I stepped on a nail 9 days ago and went and got a tetanus booster an hour afterwords. The last time i had had a tetanus shot before then was 8 years ago. Ive been experiencing a mildly sore throat for a few days and a globus like sensation but i attributed that to my GERD. But as of today my foot where the puncture wound is has been tingling. The wound is almost healed and im wondering if i should go to the er or if its just my anxiety?
