Brief Answer:
Go for complete dental examination.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
I would advise you to go for complete dental examination and send me OPG xray to have a look. Though it can be a referred pain due to viral cold and cough. If its bothering him a lot then send me a xray.
Meanwhile he can have amoxiclav- 625 antibiotic and diclo-para painkiller after doctors prescription.
Kindly elaborate the history for type of pain and send me the x-rays, so that i can make better diagnosis.
Wishing him a good health
Kind Regards
