What Causes Sore Throat And Weird Bumps?
Question: Sore throat, hurts to swallow, drink liquid or eat any type food, eyes hurt.
I also notice some weird bumps on the back of my throat.
What can it be?

Welcome to HCM,
As per your clinical details and photo, it is a granular pharyngitis.
With such presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out
1. pre existing infections- sinusitis, tonsillitis.
2. Mouth breathing due to allergy or deviated septum, turbinate hypertrophy or tumors.
3. voice abuse- singers, hawkers( cough)
Once Iam sure this is not serious one, I would suggest antibiotics like amoxicillin, antacids ( pantaprazole) and anti inflammatory ( Brufen) drugs.
With that I also suggest you to avoid smoking, alcohol and chilled drinks. give absolute voice rest, do warm saline gargling.
