Brief Answer:
Possibility of viral respiratory tract infection is more.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic.
I can understand your concern.

By your history and description, possibility of viral respiratory tract infection is more.

So please follow these steps for better symptomatic relief:

1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
3. Take antihistamine (levocetirizine) twice daily.
4. Also take anti-inflammatory drug (paracetamol and diclofenac) twice daily.
5. Apply warm water pad on chest pain areas.

Don't worry, you will mostly improve with all these in 5-7 days.
If at all, not improving then please consult your doctor and get done chest x-ray to look into it further.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
