What Causes Sore Throat, Earaches And Headaches When Still On Antibiotics?
Question: A month ago, i was on an antibiotic and had a steroid shot, just finished another round of z pack! I still have sore throat, earache, and headache!

Ok, biggest concern is i have a severe b12 deficiency! I just dont feel like i am catching up! I give myself 2 shots weekly!

1.Vitamin B 12 rich foods; animal products such as meat, seafood, dairy products and eggs.
2. Continue vitamin B 12 injections and check your blood levels after 4 months.
3) If the blood levels are still bellow normal levels, then you might need an increase in the dose of vitamin B12.
