Brief Answer:
You are HIV negative

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question.
I am Dr Matin , and will be answering your queries
The symptoms you named from 1-5 serial numbers are general symptoms and can't be implicated for causing a HIV infection unless there is a substantiation with a positive HIV test.
HIV is not diagnosed on the basis of your symptoms.
You have negative HIV reports beyond the maximum window period of HIV and this confirms your negative status, so you don't have to go for any further HIV tests.

Other problems require a complete work up for proper diagnosis. As the symptoms are widely distributed, I feel an internal medicine doctor can manage it. If needed he/she can work with other specialist - ENT/gastroenterologist and plan your treatment. As far as HIV is concerned, you can be rest assured of your HIV negative state.

Hope this helps.

Hello Dr
Thanks
I have few question

I am more worried about lymph node (neck and armpit ) and penis tingling.

My throat is still sore and neck is getting pulling feeling while moving.

My penis still have tingling feeling

I is possible virus/infection is hidden in blood and not visible in blood test.
I have done blood test all good Dr said.

There is no loze motion and no weight loss.

Is it possible that after sometime/month the virus/infection will seen in my blood

All above problem was started in same month together 3 month after last sex

Or there is other problem of weak immune system how to check that.
Thanks

Thanks doctor
I have visited dermetologist 3 times, shown him my penis problem he mention that nothing to worry. He said it's happen in this age and given me ointment
He said pimple like sore on ur penis head is call fordyce spots

I have read on net about HIV symptom
Sore throat, stomach trouble ( gastro problem) and sore on penis.thats why I am worried

I would like to ask one more question for my information

How long the symptom of HIV last?
I have read that it last only for few days

Some doctor says test doesn't detect HIV early( I know I have cross window period)
They mention it may take years to detect and told me to go to dermetologist. I have gone to them.

Is that true in my case?

And lymph node on my neck and armpit ( there is little swallon and inflammation on neck)
What is the reason? That is due to infection but my blood test doesn't show any indication of infection.

Current Doctor said I am having chronic acidity, acidity can cause such problem?
I am having medecine for acidity and prebiotic medicine

Brief Answer:
My answer remains the same

Detailed Answer:

Yes, dermatlogist is correct it may be fordyce spots .

As told before there are no specific symptom of HIV and symptoms like yours are general symptoms can happen in many diseases. So without an evidence pf a positive HIV result, these symptoms have no meaning.
You must go for a work up for the diagnosis of your other symptoms.

Hope this helps.
