What Causes Sore Throat Post Consumption Of Streptococcus Bacteria In Yoghurt?
Question: Do any physicians on here know if the streptococcus bacteria found in many fermented dairy foods - yogurt, kefir etc. - is a benign strain of the streptococcus bacteria? I have been getting sore throats after every time I eat yogurt with streptococcus bacteria listed as one of the cultures.
