Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for an elucidate history and understanding the problems you have.
To recapitulate: F-26 -Quit smoking 3 years- miscarriage 1 month, ill since then- fever 100.1- Think congested PND with sore throat with pain - white mouth with red spots on soft palate- black dots on tips of fingers a week before miscarriage- not investigated. Doctor says hay fever which you do not feel it is- relation to what is going on now and the cause of it >>
Someone of the age of 26 quitting smoking 3 years back may not be related to the present problems.
Black dots on all fingers a week before miscarriage is suggestive of some hematological abnormality which caused both the problems; you should have really got it investigated at the same time to get the exact diagnosis , relation to pregnancy induced changes, Hematologist's opinion to get to the root cause and be aware for the future consequences.
Think post nasal discharge with mild fever with painful sore throat is indicative that you have an upper respiratory tract infection which needs clinical evaluation, investigations and proper treatment.
For clinical evaluation I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon to have endoscopy, get a list of investigations according to his/ her findings Which may be in the form of CBC, sugar kidney function tests, liver function tests, bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombine time, platelet count ( just in case to find any abnormality which you had at the time of miscarriage), CT scan of the sinuses as to see any nasal and / or sinus pathology;
and get a prescription which may contain an antibiotic, decongestant nasal drops and oral, anti-inflammatory medicines and be altered as per the investigations.
White mouth is usually due to low hemoglobin, red spots may appear as there is abrasion by food particles.
So the proper clinical evaluation, investigations will add on to have a correlation between all the problems you have mentioned.
I hope this answer helps you to take take a proper decision and get to the root cause and get an appropriate treatment.
Wishing you early and complete recovery. Try and plan not to have pregnancy at least for 6 months. Please feel free to ask for more if you need to and if you think something I have missed.
