Question: Dermatitus around larynx from too close a sahve. having soreness when swallowing. How can i tell if ihave cricothyroid cartilage or muscle injury from too close a shave

Skin Infection after a hard shave is due to folluculitis but it doesn't cause any throat problems.
Any cartilage injury is unlikely unless a blunt trauma is accompanying it or a complete skin loss is there. The throat symptoms are a separate disease.
Apply ointment neosporin.
