Question: Sore throat for 3 days, coughing green phlegm, chest tighter, headache, and voice is shot. What could this be and is it urgent to see doctor?

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

Clinical symptoms of Sore throat, green sputum indicates definitive possibility of respiratorytract infection.

Generally in my clinic , I treat such a patients with a course of antibiotics containg combinations of Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid or Azithromycin , paracetamol for pain relief.

Until you see your doctor I suggest you to yake OTC available paracetamol and Betadine throat gargle for temporary relief.
