What Causes Soreness In Pelvic Area After Have Aggressive Intercourse?

Question: Hi, roughly 3 weeks ago I had aggressive, ( rough pounding) unprotected sex with a female for 2 days, repeatedly. Following the second night, after I took her home the next morning, I noticed a lot of soreness in my pelvic area at the very base of my penis and extending outward. Three weeks later I still have soreness and discomfort in the area. The pain does not seem to be in the lymph nodes, rather at the base of the penis and, as I mentioned, outward. I have had a history of slight prostititus for years and wonder if all this activity could have exasperated something. I only recently became sexually active again, by the way. I probably made a mistake in having unprotected sex; yet I made a value judgement at the time.

Brief Answer:
soreness likely due to trauma
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
As you have mentioned, it was rough sex, that too, repetitive. So that causes trauma to the pelvis. It is quite natural to have soreness at base of penis after repeated pelvic thrusting. After three weeks it is still there but I hope the intensity has reduced.
I don't think it's due to anything else like STD. Your tests are also negative. And HIV doesn't present like this. Not taking protection has probably got nothing to do with this soreness. It should resolve in few days.
Hope this helps.
