What Causes Soreness In The Penis Despite A Normal Prostate Examination?

Supportive care, likely masturbation the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. If the prostate exam was normal by exam i mean, digital rectal exam, prostate size and post void residual volume by ultrasound and PSA altogether then one can say symptoms can't be due to prostate as simple PSA can be normal and it can still be enlarged prostate at age of 58.
Sore penis, lower back and congestive symptoms in prostate all can be attributed to masturbation which you have been doing alot. All you need to do is quit masturbation, if difficult to quit, at least reduce frequency to once a week or delay it further if possible . Talk to a urologist and let them completely rule out prostate enlargement too. Good hygiene , adequate fluids intake and work up for UTI shoudl also be considered. Take soem tylenol for the pain relief for now.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Yes
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
Masturbation is altogether very energy demanding process and it can cause fatigue and lethargy. And yes it can irritate urethra which can cause frequency issues and thats why avoiding masturbation is what i advised in my prior answer and i am sure it will improve your symptoms.
I hope it helps.
