What Causes Sour Taste In The Mouth While Having H-pylori Infection?

Question: I still have a sour tasting burning feeling to my tongue mouth for past month, i tested positive for h pylori. I always test positive for h pylori. Could these symptoms be related to h pylori? I had a GI series in which i had to drink barium and results to that exam was normal.. What do you recommend? What do you think this could be?

You require anti hpylori antibiotics for 2 weeks.
